Yes.  Back up a partition.  Use FDISK to delete the partition.  Use
OS/2's FDISK to create a Boot Manager partition.  Create the original
partition back.  It will be 1 megabyte smaller.  Restore the original
partition.  Use OS/2's FDISK to put all bootable partitions on Boot
Manager's menu.
