It is. Adn the Lower 48 has major hand i nthe increasing Food proces by
PQYING farmers to sel ltheri Cors, with the Bribe fo paying a higher
price for it, to the Ethonol producers. IT is even causing Farmers to
stop growing soybeans in favle for corn to sel to the Ethonol plants.
Saddly it hurts the poorer countries the MOST bacause they can afford
the least to rise in food prices.
We might be starving people but we are "saving" the planet!!!  :-)  :-)
