Donald and everyone else that's helped/gave a suggestion... Much thanks! If I do remmeber, there is an IGM that may be tinkering with or using MAINT.BAT - I can't remember which one as there are 13 IGM's running and I'm not at the office where the board is located. Will do a check and see what the deal is and shut that IGM down and take notes. I'll keep everyone posted on this as so no one in the near future has to deal with this.
