3D Realms is going to charge for the _patch_ to version 1.4 of Duke Nukem 3D 
just because it contains a new episode.  In other words, you will have to pay 
for any bug fixes or anything else, which is a shame.  They could just as 
easily make a patch without the extra episode with the bug fixes, but they 
are going to charge instead.  Most people are just going to spend that money 
buying a whole new game rather than buying a patch.
