 I had that one also. It was a program to Format and Write ASCI, which
included comma delimited Data Base files, to a IBM disk. It didn't
really do any Conversion of the Data at all.   
As I recall the needed the later version Smart Commodore Drive though.
That was the one provided with the C-128.
