Dear Al:
I have had IBMCPP for several years now and have on numerous
occasions tried to use it, with out success. The programs that I
thought I wanted to use are from C. Petzold's book. No luck.
For me the biggest problem was telling the compiler what to do.
There are so many switches and to figure out which one from the
Petzold book is equal to what is available in IBMCPP overwhelmed me.
I think Petzold used the MS compiler and naturally the switches arn't
the same. Have you any suggestions for a beginner?
OpenWatcom is even worse!

Thomas
