Thanks to everyone who told me the valid range of STARTPRI values.  It
doesn't seem to help though.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  :)

A few more questions then;

Does order matter ie. does the STARTPRI tooltype have to be first in the
list for it to be effective?

Must all WBStartup programs have a STARTPRI tooltype in order for it to be used?

What is the result of entering a value out of the valid range (eg. 200)?

Which feature of MultiCX alters the Execs DoIO() vector?  I might be able
to turn it off and save myself a lot of hassle.

One thing I can't work out though is why it didn't have the same effect on
my cousin's accelerated 1200 running WB3.0.  For sure his WBStartup drawer
wouldn't have been in the same physical order but that couldn't be it,
could it?
