Yes, that's built-into the supporting software.  My HP LaserJet 1320, Epson
Artisan 800, Epson Stylus Color 800, and my HP DeskJet 500 (the old
"battle tank" printer) all have those options in their Windows
supporting software.

It's a nice feature to have if you have it.  However, that feature isn't
available for all operating systems and printers.  Sometimes, you just
gotta print what you want to print and deal with the output. 

Right now I'm adding printing features to a program I'm writing (which some
of the people in here might use; it's a text file viewing program) and let
me tell you, trying to support basic features in printers sometimes can be
a real bear...
