Yep.  Design concept is complete.  Just need some design parameters from 
Fran.  Need to balance the heat input with the heat losses.  I need her max 
temperature of perch and minimum outdoor design temperatures.  That will 
determine the watts needed for the tape.  How many gross you gonna buy? ;)
