Cyrix/IBM P-200+ runs at 150 MHz clock either as a clock doubler (m/b clock 75 MHz) or clock tripler with m/b clock of 50 MHz. Running that chip on the m/b that can provide 75 MHz clock has the advantage that the motherboard (hard drive controller etc..) performs faster.
