Thats also available with OLRs, generally called 'database' QWK packet
readers for example. Speed Read (no relation) appears to be about the
most popular of those for QWKs. Atleast one of them even keeps the
database in packed format, although thats pretty irrelevant now with
normal universal disk compression.

Another approach is the OLX IN and OUTBOX approach. Works extremely well
for me. I keep 30 days and its rare to not have it scroungable from
those.
