 Well, in listening to the handshake, it tries to connect the modem as a
 fax immediatly.  Turning off +FAA=1 makes things work okay.  :(  My guess
 is that in the negotiation stage, the braindead zoom sends a tone that
 makes the supra think it's a fax machine.  *sigh*
