Hi,

  Has anyone recently had problems with DVD Media using this
combination of hardware and software.

  Previously I have had perhaps one in ten DVD burns fail.
With my latest batch of both Princo and TEAC DVD-R blanks,
every second burn is failing. I tried updayong to the latest
version of DVDDAO however the problem has remained the same.

 My suspecion is that, although this is a 4x capable drive,
these 1-4 X discs are different to the previous (2X speed)
discs that I had.

I have tried writing at both 2x and 1x - no difference to
the problem.
