I thought I had adjusted my view on the pay to Canadian currency but
when I work it out it is not so bad. It would depend on what
requirements you lack at the $22 000 level. With my qualifications I
would start with my board at $38 000 (about $28 500 U.S.)...with
adjustments the U.S. equivalents to the scale above would be about $24
000 (with a 3 year Bachelor's and a B.Ed) and $45 000
