Thanks to the help from KWONG YU WONG, JOHN SCHILLER, and MARK DETROI I 
was able to do the the rotating of the text and made my name plates.

I have another problem that you may help me with.. Here is the scenario.
I download two stock portfolios a day for my 93 year old uncle. They 
arrive from AOL in text form that is impossible for him to read but by 
my cooking them in WORD I can produce an attractive report. It takes 
quite a while to do this and I believe that I could shorten the time 
with a MACRO (?) or a STYLE (?) or a TEMPLATE (?) that would do 
the following:
            CHANGE the 10 pt text to 12 pt. BOLD underlined COURIER 
and change the tab settings from the default of .50 to .25 and make 
the paragraph 1.5 spaces between lines. ALso put the date on the first 
line in the form of FRIDAY JUNE 21. The tab setting is to keep from 
wrapping out of the columns..
My problem is that I don't know how to do Macros or Templates and failed 
to do style change.. Any suggestions which would be the simple ??
