HMOs aren't something the Republicans pushed for. HMOs were pushed for
by the insurance industry's biggest companies...and the Democrats under
Hillarycare also wanted them!

Do you consider _yourself_ "selfish" because _you_ would oppose _your_
homeowner's-insurance company writing policies to cover fires that already
happened...raising rates for you to cover your neighbor who didn't get
insured in the process?
That's the equivalent of demanding that insurance be the same price for
those known to have _forseeable_ medical costs higher than the premiums at
the time they shop for insurance.
