Trailerboats magazine recently had a good article on this subject.  You might
want to contact them for a copy of the issue.
Personally, I wouldn't trust anyone not knowledgeable in marine related
painting.  Too many differences between automotive and marine applications,
mechanical, electrical, and painting wise!
