Nothing.

It's considered poor taste to use multiple fonts in a document unless
absolutely necessary.  An example would be displaying a program's source
code-it's acceptable to switch to a monospaced font from a proportional
one.

Websites that have overused multiple fonts are considered to be of a bad
design also.  If you use a different font for the site's title, that's one
thing, but changing it all the time for emphasis is another; that's what
italics and bold print are for.  If you visit my website, you will see all
of the pages in a single font except when I am quoting computer code.
