Under forensic analysis, an encrypted or protected drive/partition will stick out like a sore thumb. Remember, these are the same people who got permission from the US Supreme Court to directly violate the 4th Amendment (I believe that's right; someone correct me if I'm wrong please) to our Constitution guaranteeing us protection from unwarranted search and seizure of our property and ourselves. So really they can do whatever they want and there isn't a program in the world that can protect you from that. Later, Sean ...
