PE> (etc), yep, that's the idea once you get the hang of it.
PE> Remember that you can make it poll automatically too, just
PE> by putting a "squishp poll 3:711/934" in the bt.cmd.
PE> Actually you mightn't need to do that either. Play it by
PE> ear.
AM> Why wouldn't I? Besides, the bt.cmd file has that in it
AM> remmed out - do I run that AND btp twice, or do I remm out
AM> one or both of the btp lines and "squishp poll etc" calls
AM> Binley all by itself? This seems too intelligent...
I thought the squish routing commands might have automatically attempted to
dial out straight away when you next get into Binkley. Next time you do
the run, just press "c" to "make next call now!" and
see if it tries to call out. If it doesn't, then you need to unrem the
"squishp poll 3:711/934". DON'T make any other changes to the
batch file!!!
AM> Also, how do I turn off SEENBYs? I never used to get them
AM> OR PATHs, but all of a sudden the other weekend when we were
AM> stuffing around, they just turned up. I don't mind the
AM> PATHs but SEENBYs are just plain awful and wasteful...
I wouldn't have thought you got them in the QWK packets, but maybe you are
complaining about them being in your messagebase? Anyway, I've switched
them off so you just get a single line for them now. BFN.
