Depends upon whether you want failed callers being passed off as faxes. Do 
you have your system setup to receive faxes? 192.1=0 will cause any failed 
callers to be reported as fax callers. This will happen even if someone dials 
your number and expects a human caller on the other end. They'll connect as 
FAX. 
Is that something that you want to happen?
