My memory is fuzzy, but yes, that is the correct package... here's part of 
the note I sent him at the time:

"your patch to convert the Xircom driver to an Intel driver is not quite 
correct, it makes the driver name XINTEL$ instead of the INTEL$ specified 
by the NIF file."
