You have to be connected to a FTP site and you need permissions on that FTP 
site to transfer files to it.
Using anonymous login:
ftp://internet.filesite.com
Using a login name:
ftp://userid@internet.filesite.com
Using a login name and password:
ftp://userid:password@internet.filesite.com
Replace 'internet.filesite.com', 'userid', and 'password' with the ones you 
need.
