Recently at a farm auction I pick up a New Idea riding mower that
happen to be an EV it is in pretty rough shape needs new tires and 
the sheetmetal needs some serious attention, and the battery all need 
to be replaced, about 12 in all. I was wondering if any one had
any information on this beast, such as .......
   
                    1. Replacement batteries.
                    2. Service Manuals 
                    3. Voltage for the drivetrain and mower deck
#3 is a biggie since the labels on the batts are gone and I can not get
a reading on the amps, I think they are 6 volt battery since they have 3
caps for the cells.
There was an inverter and a small welder that was **Supposed** to go with
it but it was sold seperatly. any one know where I can find replacements??
If worst come to worst I can salvage the motors for something else..
there is 3 on the deck itself and one for drivetrain??
well I only paid 6 dollars for thing but hey charger worth that, it does
seem to work when plugged in. the guy who owned it said they could run it 
about 1 1/2 hours on a charge. well something to play with.
