What kind of footing do you have in your arena? I REALLY need to get some
better footing in my arena, but every time it seems like I'll have the
"extra" money to do it, something happens to use that money....like my
husband's engine seizing up...! I've got one corner that has a little
slope up, and two corners that slope down. One of those corners has a lot
of serious red clay and never seems to really dry out. I can't do the
completely right thing and scrape it, lay rock, then gravel dust, then
sandy clay and then sand or other footing. It would cost a fortune! I
would like find a type of footing that would drain well and not stay as
slick as this clay stays. It makes me paranoid!
