Hello Jean -

I do dabble a bit with programming. I rewrote quite a bit of
the OLR I am using now to make it do what I needed to do in
ways I wanted it done (like word wrap etc.).

JP> But, I did get a CD with all of DOS 6.2 on it, nothing
JP> else, and refer to the text on it quite often.

And we are back to DOS ... I really really really don't want a
better DOS. I want a better OS.

JP> Now, is only I could remember all like when I was 15. The
JP> little knowledge of DOS that I have, saved my skin often
JP> enough.

I never did memorize and still do not. I learned the alphabet
by learning the song. I learned to use DOS by learning the
'way' it works not the details. Simple things like "-?" or "/?"
gets me a help screen many times. With that I don't need to
memorize. :-)
