FWIW I have some of those on hand here,  and even smaller sizes,  that I've
pulled out of scrap equipment,  erased,  and verified.  I even have a few
1702 parts on hand,  though I have no plans to use them because of the
weird power supply requirements -- a -9V (!) supply is needed...   Likewise
I don't plan on using 2708s (1Kx8) because they needed multiple supplies, 
so most of what I have is 2716 onwards.
