Useful for folks for whom their (MicroSD-using) mobile phone is their primary-camera;
useless for folks who have 'real' digital cameras - hardly any of which use
MicroSD cards. Moreover - if you have a standard-sized SD slot you can
(with adaptor) read MicroSD cards... and the adaptors are often bundled
with the MicroSD cards. If you have a MicroSD-sized slot, you can't use it
to read the larger cards.

So, I stick with my conclusion that a MicroSD slot in a laptop is less
useful than the larger slot.
