  Every API call that you make is "using a DLL", you know.  OS2386.LIB
  is just one enormous import library.

  1. Link the DLL.
  2. Generate the import library from the DLL (using WLIB).
  3. Link the EXE with the import library.
  4. Have a Kit Kat.

  It's the same for all compilers, BTW.  The only difference is that
  most other compilers use a tool named IMPLIB (it's part of the OS/2
  Developers' Toolkit) to generate import libraries.
