The downside of this is the following:
  Original post -   Help with a macro
  This becomes  -   TSE-PRO: Help with a macro
  The reply is  -   RE: TSE-PRO: Help with a macro
  Which becomes -   TSE-PRO: RE: TSE-PRO: Help with a macro
 
It is, from what I hear, very difficult to remove the problem
with mailers putting RE: in the front of a subject they are
replying to.  The mailing list software will strip TSE-PRO:
if it is the front of a subject line, but the RE: messes up
that mechanism.
