If Windows95 is still on topic here :) I'm tempted to load up Widows95
in my BBS VM. I'm worried about the end of Windows XP and the end of the 16
bit NTVDM. I've been running a stripped down XP image in a VM but am
tempted to try a "real" DOS and Windows95.

Has anyone figured out a way to mitigate security issues with an OS that
Microsoft hasn't patched in several years?

I still prefer using Qedit for text editing, with a black screen and green
lettering. I'm less tempted by distractions when my screen is dedicated to
one application.
