I've been running a stripped down XP image in a VM but am KW> tempted to try a "real" DOS and Windows95. I have not found an OS that won't run as a VM (including the latest OS/2). The only thing that I have found to not work in a VM is the HPFS. You must use JFS as your file system if you plan to run OS/2 in a VM. All Windows versions, DOS, and Unix versions all work perfectly.. In many cases, better than they do on a physical box. - Mark --- WWIVToss v.1.50* Origin: http://www.weather-station.org * Bel Air, MD -USA (1:261/1304.0) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 313 550 620 848 @PATH: 261/1304 266/512 140/1 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
