thanks ;)

CG> have space for a 10/12 line ANSi?
I'll get around to finishing the next version eventually.. it has some more
stuff in it, including the ability to configure all the colors, etc.
i think it should be able to display a 10 line ansi, it should just scroll it
(or does it give a more prompt?). If i put 10 lines for an ansi, then you'd
either have 10 lines to have the user's name and a liner on the same line (so
a smaller line, that was one of the problems with the old mex version) or
only 5 liners.
another -minor- problem is the fact that my other computer died, (either the
video card, motherboard, or both... :/ ) and that's the one i ususally use
for programming (since this is os/2, and it's also constantly doing
something.. dos programs don't multitask nearly as well as os/2 ones ;) )
CG> Also. I am interested in the `Decca' language. Where do you
CG> propose I start if I wanted to work with that language
CG> too? I have looked at that .DOC containing the tokens,
CG> but it is pretty much meaningless with out a more
CG> complex description of them. Do you have any text's or
 CG> FAQ's on it?
well, i'm not the one that created the DECCA language. It's a part of JSdoor
(latest (and probably last) version freq-able as "JSDOOR" (v1.50a)), designed
by John Stephenson. That's what i used for the modem interface, make it
pretty easy. I think the color codes follow mecca, tho i forget.
CG> Also. Several weeks ago you replyed to my mail about
 CG> `displaying an ansi for the name/password promt'. I
CG> tyed what you said (editing the english.mad file, and
 CG> going [space] Login:
CG> But it did not work, it took away a part of the ANSI
 CG> and then displayed `Login'.
hmm... i think i meintoned to put the part of the ansi in that prompt. for
example, with:
          --------
        /
       /
  ----| Login:
       \
        \
          --------
Your login prompt would be " ----| Login:"
If you wanted colors:
RED " ----" YELLOW "|" WHITE " Login:"
It will probably be a pain but it should work.. ;)
