It's beeen several years since I ran BNU, but I think I still have my 
autoexec file...... yep, here's how I had it set;
bnu /M- /P2 /Z3 /F+ /T=512 /R=4096 /L0=11520,8N1 /L1=11520,8N1
Both Com1 1 & 2 locked at 115200 baud. As for the connect speed, you need to 
set your modem to return the DCE connect speed, not the DTE connect speed. If 
you've got that done, then I'd say you have a software config problem 
somewhere. If your BBS software recognizes the DCE connect rate, then your DL 
protocol should also. BTW, I'd up the locked rate to at least 57600. 38400 is 
just too slow for a 33.6K modem.
