We must be using two different eBay's   I have bought two LSI 21040
in the last year, one just a month ago.  Good value for $26 too.
Besides...LSI *IS* good scsi...period!

IMHO, there is one on eBay "almost" all the time.  Searching with 
eBaywatch/2 with "lsi scsi" finds them.
