I've spoken to Prospero and they currently have no USA distributon :-(.
They said that they are in discussion with some distributors over there
but nothing is finalised yet. You'll have to order from Grey Matter or
direct from Prospero (I see you've got the details) to get it in the
short term.

Grey Matter charge 25 pounds for delivery outside Europe and accept
credit cards (AmEx, Diners, Visa, MasterCard).
