Hi Paul, Jonathan de Boyne Pollard would probably recommend that you contact your sysop to acquire feed of the OS2DOS echo. He's the moderator of that echo, but he also posts in this echo frequently. Our moderator, Peter Fitzsimmons, has recently posted, in response to another person's request, some assembler code to release a time slice and sleep for a number of milliseconds. You might have seen it if you have been lurking in this echo. I guess its origin makes it sort of on-topic. ... :-) I suppose you can use the D-word, provided you put the adjective "virtual" in front of it.
