G'Day Bill,

On 07-01-95, Bill Hemenway said to All the following :

 BH> How do I set up a TEMP directory for VXREXX?
 BH> In config.sys I have this line:

 BH> SET TMP=c:\tcpip\tmp

 BH> And All my vrexx.cmds are being stored here.
 BH> I don't want this.

 BH> Would this work:

 BH> SET VXREXXTMP=F:\VXREXX\TMP

Only if VXREXX used that environment variable.

 BH> Or something along those lines?

You could try running VXREXX from a batch file, something like the following;

{at}ECHO OFF
SET OLDTEMP=%TMP%
SET TMP=F:\VXREXX\TMP
REM **********************************
REM * Start VxRexx on this line here *
REM **********************************
SET TMP=%OLDTEMP%
SET OLDTEMP=
