This entire thread has gone from the ridiculous to the sublime. Now
they've got Sammy spending his time worrying about the structure of the
list. For heaven's sake, it ain't broke, don't fix it. Let's get back
to helping each other find ways to get the world's best editor solve
our individual and collective editorial problems.
