What is probably happening is your commandline for the DL is set to
38400, instead of reading the logon speed. How you'd need to change it
depends on the BBS software, and the DL driver you're using. In
Proboard, using DSZ.com, I had to put a %B in the commandline to pass
the baud rate, and also had to put an 'estimate' command in, I've
forgotten the exact structure, but it's in the DSZ text file.
