Well, the UNREGISTERED is displayed to the remote systems.
If you want to change it, maybe to yours BBS name, simply edit the
english.txt in your binkley directory.
In this english.txt is a String "(UNREGISTERED)". 
You can change it, then run:

BTLNG32.EXE english.txt Binkley.lng

This compiles english.txt to the Binkley Language File.
Then restart Binkley, and smile, because your Name will displayed at the bottom.
