Pat, I am saddened to hear your news.  It just isn't fair, is it!  Well, 
as you know, adoption can work, but it isn't an easy road, either.  But 
the point is that it can be done, so hang in there.

it looks like she will miscarry again.  We'll probably do a dnc to allieviate 
any medical complications and I guess the only way now is to adopt.
