 Or it could be done by the mailing list program.  That forwards
 all these messages to the subscribers, after all.  It wouldn't
 be hard for it to automatically prepend "TSE Pro:" to a subject
 line that didn't have it.  Although a similar thing can be done
 by the receiver.  Mine looks for "tsepro" in the To: and CC:
 fields, and tosses that email into a pseudo-newsgroup rather
 than my normal email conf.
