Yep !!  Well I don't see why there are SO many people out there that are
getting money for nothing and are doing just what 'Y' did with it and as a
reward for my efforts and for getting off my ass and trying to build a
small business all I get is "Sorry, your not eligible" !! It SUX
!!

Maybe the next time I fill in a form that asks me if Im part Aboriginal I
should tick "Yes" then the'll throw the money at me.

And NO I'm not racist. It's the way it is. I have freinds working in most
government Departments around the place and unfortunatelly this country
doesnt give a shit about the average Australian trying to build a future.
