Well, soon after the electricity was cut, I decided to check to see if the
power in the rubbish bin room was on.  I thought there was a little panel
that had potential, but opened it and it wasn't, it was just a bunch of
wires, so I shut it again.  So I decided to open it again and fiddle with
some wires, which I did, and hey presto, my phone works again!  I'm a
genius!  BFN.  Paul.
