Hi Jimmy,

One needs 80-wire cable to be able to use EIDE drives in excess of 
UDMA-2 [33 MB/sec], i.e. UDMA-3/4/5/6!
In addition to UDMA-2 drives I have both UDMA4[66MB/sec] and 
UDMA-5[100Mb/sec] here, but have never seen a drive specified as just 
UDMA-3 [44 MB/sec] capable - maybe that's a fallback speed? Dani's 
driver will allow limiting faster drives to UDMA-3.
