Hi Pat.  I am very sorry to hear of Tina's pending miscarriage.
I know you two want a baby very badly.  I wish I could come up
with more words of consolation.  But even if you can't have a
biological child, there are a lot of children who need the love
of 2 loving parents both babies and older children who need
adoption.  Maybe you and Tina could look into that.  Barbara
Freeman is an excellent contact for that.
I know of one teenager when I was growing up who practically
worshiped his adopted parents who took him in when he was an
older child because until they adopted him, nobody wanted him and
he was so thankful to his parents for the adoption.
