Alex, am told you left but not sure if you are still reading via someone place.

The discussion there with Z7 doesnt have a good resolution yet, mostly
because ¨the folks there impacted by it do not seem to have a clear desire
on what they ¨want.  Many individuals, not a commonality.

My take is folks are waiting for a clearly expressed 'somthing' that the
¨majority there espouse.  As you can see, I was even willing to turnover Z6
had ¨that been requested, but it wasnt asked for by more than a few
individuals.

I don't think 'Russian Fidonet' would survive the splintering if the
crossover ¨was done 'node by node'.  At the minimum, it would have to be
'net by net' or a ¨mess would ensue.
