Sorry, catching up mail here.  I was away with work for a bit.

The 9$ phone is a no frills vodaphone.  Yes, has SMS text messaging but not
¨much else.  For 40$ I could have gotten one with a camera but I didnt need
that ¨fancy bit.  There are several ranges of cell phone there, and that 9$
is the ¨bottomline one.
