Use VMODEM from SIO and your favorite comm program and write a script to do 
what you want based upon timing and prompts sent back from the remote 
session. 
You might get telnet {site} < text.file    to work for you but my guess is 
the timing will never work for you. VMODEM and something like ZOC or any term 
software will do what you want and even be able to log the entire session in 
a file and understand when it is time to leave etc...
